*Once payment is complete, please be sure to fill out the NEW PROJECT QUESTIONNAIRE located under the Design Tab on our website. You will receive a Welcome Guide Download which contains next steps/what to expect, helpful information + contact information for Avenue 504. Any additional information ( i.e. photos, Pinterest inspo, etc.) regarding your project will be requested by your stylist.
Please allow your stylist at least 24 to 48 hours to review your New Project Questionnaire. Once your questionnaire is reviewed we will then contact you for any additional information ( i.e. photos, Pinterest inspo, etc.)
