What To Expect

  • Welcome

    Once you’ve completed your design package purchase and filled out the New Project Questionnaire, here’s what happens: Over the next 1-2 business days, We’ll review your responses in detail and reach out to you for a brief phone call or email to go over your vision and clarify any details. You will then receive a Welcome Guide that includes everything you need to know about working with us.

  • Design Concept

    This is where you will see your dreams come to life! After carefully choosing furniture, decor, accessories, and lighting, we’ll put together a neat and thoroughly thought out design board. You’ll receive this as a PDF and at this point, all feedback is welcomed.

  • Furniture Orientation

    A floor plan will be provided, instructing you on where to place your furniture. We’ll provide everything you need to ensure you’re planning your space like a pro! Shopping lists will be provided to you with prices and links to each product, all chosen to fit your budget.
