CLIENT GOALS
Here’s a quick recap of the goals we discussed for your space — what you want it to feel like, how you plan to use it, and the overall vibe we’re aiming for. Take a moment to review and let me know if there’s anything you’d like to add or adjust!
MOOD BOARD
Option 1: Gold Accents + Single Statement Art
This option leans classic + glowing with gold used as the main metal finish.
Design highlights:
One statement art piece centered above the sofa
Suggesting moving the current area rug to the bedroom + replacing with a neutral cream/tan colored rug
Gold drink table paired with the leather chair (adds a little luxury moment without feeling fussy)
Gold picture light above the artwork for that gallery-style finish
Gold curtain rods to carry the warm metallic tone across the room
Finished with layered stone + gold accessories throughout for a collected look
Mood Board
Option 2: Black Accents + Two Art Pieces
This option keeps the same foundation, but shifts the details slightly more modern and tailored by swapping gold to black in key places.
Design highlights:
Two art pieces above the sofa instead of one (creates a more layered, curated wall)
Black curtain rods paired with the existing linen curtains
Black picture lights above each artwork to keep things cohesive and a bit moodier
Everything else from Option 1 stays consistent — leather chair + drink table, deep wood coffee table, and the same styling approach with books, bourbon, stone, and metallic accents
MATERIAL PALETTE
This room’s materials focus on rich leather, deep brown/mahogany wood, stone accents, and linen curtains, finished with metal details—either gold (Option 1) or black (Option 2) through the hardware and lighting.
